Trevor Hutchings, Chief Executive of the Renewable Energy Association (REA) brings a wealth of experience across net zero, renewables, and the clean energy transition. He is a Fellow of the Energy Institute and was previously a Partner at the international consulting group BIP, where he led the Sustainability Centre of Excellence. Trevor is chair of the Green Purposes Company set up by the UK government to safeguard the green mission of the world’s first Green Investment Bank following its sale to Macquarie, the global infrastructure investor. He is a Fellow at the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and holds the IoD’s certificate in corporate governance.
