Eligibility for Energy Company Tickets:

The energy company rate is exclusively available to energy companies that meet all of the following criteria:

• The company must be directly engaged in at least one of the following core energy activities: Energy production, Energy transmission, Energy distribution, Energy supply, Energy trading.
• The company must hold a valid license or equivalent regulatory authorisation issued by the relevant national energy regulatory authority in their jurisdiction of operation.

This energy company tickets are not valid for: Technology providers, Consultancy or accounting firms, Equipment manufacturers, Solutions providers, Software as a service companies, Lawyers, Outsourcing providers.

The company applying for the discounted rate must provide documentation when asked, validating their status as a regulated energy company.

Eligibility for Investor Tickets:

This investor rate is exclusively available to accredited investors and Venture Capitalists (VCs) as defined by applicable regulations. Eligibility may require proof of investor or VC status, such as verification of accredited status by professional affiliations. By purchasing a ticket at the investor rate, you agree to provide any requested documentation to confirm your eligibility.

We reserve the right to verify all submitted information and to refuse or revoke the discounted rate. All determinations regarding qualification for the discounted rate are final and at our sole discretion. The organisers reserve the right to deny or revoke access to individuals who do not meet these criteria.
