Ben has more than 25 years’ experience in the energy sector and has wide international experience. Ben’s focus areas include strategy, regulation, external affairs, stakeholder engagement, M&A, innovation and sustainability. Ben has a particular interest in the energy transition and the role of hydrogen. He also has wide general management experience from his time as a CEO.

Cathryn Ross is Strategy and External Affairs Director at Thames Water. She is responsible for shaping and embedding a strategy to ensure that Thames Water delivers for customers, communities and the environment. She is an experienced regulatory and competition economist and has worked across a number of different sectors advising on economic, regulatory and competition issues.

After spending over 20 years in HR roles for major blue-chip organisations, Chris joined E.ON in 2014 and undertook a number of roles before being appointed HR Director E.ON UK at the start of 2018.

Christianna has spent over ten years in the energy industry working on strategy, business development and futures. Christianna and her team work to deliver a net zero future by connecting and supporting low carbon generators across the north of Scotland and helping Stakeholders achieve best outcomes from the energy system.

Louise, a seasoned professional deeply entrenched in Utilita’s values, who embodies the company’s mantra: always doing right by the customer. Having kickstarted her journey in 2011 as a customer service advisor, she has navigated her way up to the top echelons of the business, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the industry and the core needs of customers.

Richard is a Senior Executive, Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Institute of Water. He has over 30 years of experience of Engineering, Construction and Operations across both Water and Wastewater treatment and infrastructure.
