Glenn is a driven & customer focused leader with over 15 years of experience in the Australian Energy Market, thriving on the ability to deliver value through diverse, engaged and high-performing teams.
Glenn joined AGL Energy in 2011, after several years partnering with AGL as an Accenture consultant on the core retail systems replacement program. He has since undertaken a number of roles across Retail, Technology and Wholesale functions, with a specific focus on operational excellence & transformation. After several years as AGL’s General Manager of Customer Market Operations, Glenn took on a newly created GM role in 2022 to lead the ambitious transformation of the AGL retail business in partnership with Kaluza.
In his current role as GM Retail Transformation Glenn is accountable for delivering exceptional customer outcomes through operating model and technology change, connecting AGL’s customers to a more sustainable future.

Neel Gulhar
Neel Gulhar is Kaluza’s Chief Product Officer and is responsible for leading the productization of the business’ pioneering SaaS solutions. Neel has over twenty years’ experience in product development, B2B marketing and utility platforms. He has a particular interest and depth in the burgeoning demand response market and decarbonising global energy needs. Previous to Kaluza, Neel was Vice President of Product at Oracle and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Opower where he helped lead the high-growth SaaS company to IPO and acquisition. Neel has extensive knowledge of the utility sector having spent over a decade working for US majors Exelon and Baltimore Gas & Electric.
