Will Johnstone is a Senior Policy Researcher in the Energy Retail team at Citizens Advice, where he works on a number of projects including supplier monitoring, prepayment meters, the Energy Bill Support Scheme, and future regulation. Prior to joining Citizens Advice he was Social Policy Manager at Rethink Mental Illness where he worked on legislative reform for mental health.
