Susan is Chief Executive Officer of Pennon with ownership of water companies in the greater South West; South West Water, Bournemouth Water and Bristol Water. She has been in the sector for 25 years, having served as Pennon’s Chief Financial Officer for the previous five years. 

She is a Non -Executive Director and Audit Chair of  Restore PLC and was a founding member of A4S (Accounting for Sustainability) a CFO leadership network.  

In addition, she is a member of the CBI President’s Committee and her passion for the South West, led her to become Chair of the CBI South West between 2018 and 2021. She is currently Deputy Chair.
