Sue is responsible for the Customer Experience for the 1million customers Bristol Water serve, this includes all customer research, engagement, strategy creation and delivery. Her accountability covers all customer measures in the business plan, both the delivery and reporting of them to auditors and stakeholders. Sue’s role is part of the Senior Leadership Team which holds additional responsibility for work such as employee engagement, budget setting and strategy development.
