Stefan Sewckow is the Chief Commercial Officer – Energy Markets at BKW, the Swiss energy and infrastructure group. Since November 2023 he has led BKW’s Energy Markets division, which combines energy trading and sales to large customers, and sits on the Group Executive Board.

Stefan began his career at Vattenfall and spent around five and a half years at E.ON. In 2012 he joined Trianel, the Aachen-based municipal utility cooperation, where he led trading and services, and from 2017 he was managing director of MVV Trading, the trading arm of MVV Energie. He trained as a business engineer (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur).
