Simon is the Director of Strategy and Communications at Southern Water, the leading provider of water and waste water services to 4 million customers across Hampshire, Sussex, Kent and the Isle of Wight.

Simon has over 15 years of experience operating in senior management roles within government, independent sector regulators, and three of the UK’s largest regulated businesses with a focus on strategy, business planning and regulatory reform.

Prior to joining Southern Water in February 2013, Simon was Director of Regulatory Strategy at Royal Mail Group.

Earlier in his career he held senior roles in Thames Water, the UK Civil Aviation Authority and HM Treasury.
