Sarah heads up the Smart Metering programme for Telefoncia providing communications across the Central and Southern regions of Great Britain. She has over 20 years’ experience leading major programmes across Telecommunications, IT and Media involving new technology and mass public participation. These include the launch of 4G for Telefonica UK and implementation of the 5^th terrestrial TV broadcast channel in UK.
