Head of Data Factory at Thames Water, Ross leads the team across the company that purifies the data, engineers the information and makes it flow to those who need it, and with the use of data science delivers actionable insight.  Ross has over 25 years of Data, Insight and Transformation expertise from working with: Birmingham City Council, BBC, British Gas, Npower, Severn Trent Water, Ordnance Survey and Sainsbury Group.  He has an honours degree in Geography from Edinburgh University and has been named as a “Data Titan” in The Data IQ Big Data 100.  Ross was recently voted in as Vice Chair of the Customer Data Council at the Data & Marketing association (DMA).
