Robert Freeman is the Customer Experience and Change Manager for Thames Water’s Customer Programmes department. Customer Programmes at Thames incorporates every activity that takes place within a customer’s home, as well as Thames Water’s Smart Metering programme.
Since joining Thames Water in 2017, Robert has led on a number of strategic initiatives to ensure Thames Water are providing the very best customer experience through their Metering programme, including introducing a new customer billing journey and new customer engagement strategies.
Robert has a passion for customer experience and is keen to share his insights from working on the UK’s largest smart water meter rollout.
