Richard Knight is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and Fellow of the IET. He has 31 years’ experience in energy innovation, having worked within utility, manufacturing and innovation funding organisations prior to joining the PNDC in 2019. Richard is currently leading PNDC’s innovation activities in whole energy systems, working with network operators, technology developers and academic colleagues to accelerate new whole system technologies and enablers towards commercial realisation.
