As Director and Head of ENGIE’s New Business Factory, Ramani leads the development of new businesses for ENGIE, from inception to full-blown businesses with finished products and services that ENGIE can provide its Customers globally, consistent with ENGIE’s strategy of leading and promoting a worldwide transition to zero-carbon energy use.

Ramani has over twenty-four years of strategy, business development and project management experience in both regulated and deregulated energy markets worldwide, fifteen of those years in various business development and strategic roles with ENGIE.. His professional experience spans the United States and Canada, Southeast Asia, the Middle East & Africa and the U.K. Ramani holds a B.Tech of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Masters of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in the U.S. and is a Professional Engineer registered in the province of Ontario, Canada.
