Rajni joined Citizens Advice in 2016. Initially working on smart metering policy, she sat on numerous industry codes and government working groups advocating on behalf of energy consumers. Since 2018, Rajni has been responsible for the organisations policy work on smart home technologies and how they might impact energy supply, decentralised energy, and energy policies affecting Welsh consumers. Rajni also led the drafting group considering consumer protections for the Electric Vehicle Energy Taskforce.
