Rachel has been the Finance Director of Wave since the joint venture came together in September 2017. She was previously the Finance Director of one of the two JV partners, NWG Business.

Rachel’s role within Wave includes Pricing, Debt Management, Wholesaler Management (including Settlements) and Compliance and Regulation as well as core finance activities. By having touch points throughout the customer journey, the Wave Finance team have a strong business awareness and understanding to provide insight and guidance for business decisions.

Prior to joining NWG Business, Rachel worked for British Gas Business as Head of Finance with responsibility for Business Performance Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Revenue Assurance and Cost Management. She has also worked in the insurance, telecoms and external audit over the course of her career.
