Pete Holland is Director of Customer and Wholesale Services at Anglian Water, which supplies water and water recycling services to nearly seven million customers in the East of England and Hartlepool.
Having joined the company in 2004 on a graduate development programme, Pete spent 10 years in a variety of front-line operational roles at all levels, before taking on responsibility for teams across Anglian Water’s 24/7 Operations Management Centre in 2016. He was responsible for the deployment of Anglian Water’s scheduling tool to around 3,000 employees delivering customer and asset-focused work across the company.
He joined the Management Board in 2021 and is now responsible for leading customer service across Anglian Water, including support for vulnerable customers, broader customer journeys and the delivery of crucial regulatory metrics which measure customer experience and developer experience. To help Anglian Water better adapt to a changing world, Pete is sponsoring the conversion of the customer programme to the Agile methodology.
Pete is a Chartered Environmentalist. He leads on Age inclusion as part of Anglian Water’s diversity action plan.
