Pedro Marques has been working in the utility sector since 1990. He worked as a telecom engineer in utility project  maintenance for 10 years after which he was telecom & telecontrol operations manager for another 10 years.

In the last 10 years, after having taken a degree in Social Science, he has been working as Deputy Director in areas like MV/LV operations management, public lighting, telecom strategy, consulting in China and customer service.

Pedro works at the Portuguese HV/MV/LV distribution utility, EDP Distribuicao, as Director of digital customer’s engagement project “Distribuicao Digital”.
