My focus has always been ‘outside-in’: bridging the creativity and best practices from e.g. agencies, startups, ‘tech companies’ with established energy companies. +12 years, I have founded and developed new teams, departments, and companies, building them into the operations of larger energy companies. Mainly working directly with the board of directors as part of a larger organisational transformation or new strategic business initiative. My work includes carefully selecting new technologies, and developing talent as part of a co-created digital or product-focused strategy. And in addition, designing both culture and organization to maintain its autonomy while being embraced by the larger organisational system. My unique contribution lies in my ability to merge the entrepreneurial creative spirit with the structured discipline of larger enterprises. I help my teams and leaders navigate the challenges of inevitable organizational inertia. I provide them with the freedom and resources they need, thereby fostering creativity, rapid adaptation, and high performance.
