Olivia Khwaja is the Head of Smart Customer Strategy British Gas, where she oversees customer and stakeholder engagement in smart meters, which includes the customer experience of the smart meter roll-out.
Olivia has been at British Gas for 9 years, having joined as Head of Marketing for the Pay As You Go business. Her background is in consumer marketing following 11 years at British Airways in various roles from leading digital transformation projects, strategy for frequent flyer programme global re-launch, to heading up relationship marketing for the Europe & Africa markets.
Olivia studied Politics & Law at the University of East Anglia and lives in Ascot with her husband and two children.
