Nisarg is a Civil Engineer, with post-graduation in Urban Water & Environment Management and MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh University. He has been with Scottish Water since 2002 in a variety of roles leading major change projects and programmes focusing on transforming Capital Delivery, Asset Management and Service Delivery functions. Over the last 5 years he has been instrumental in reshaping Technology and Digital delivery partnerships and wider technology supply chain to get it ready for the future.

Nisarg is a futurist with passionate belief that organisations are network of conversations, where collective intelligence of the organisation resides.
