Niraj Seth leads Cognizant’s Energy & Utilities (E&U) business unit and has thirty years of experience working with leading organisations within the E&U domain to provide a broad spectrum of IT and business process services. ​

Through his career Niraj has held a number of senior roles including directly managing large global client relationships including Centrica and National Grid, leading multi-geography teams to deliver critical application and infrastructure services and transformational projects which have been key in helping clients to achieve technology driven business outcomes.​

Recent client engagements which Niraj has led include delivering one of the largest global cloud transformation programmes within the utility sector along with an industry-leading approach to deliver a solution for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging as well as an award winning solution to ‘digitise’ field engineer services (known as ‘Virtual Engineer’). ​

Niraj’s current focus is to work with his client base to support strategic business imperatives such as the drive to achieve ‘Net Zero’ through technology enabled solutions, leveraging digital initiatives which have applicability across wider industry sectors.​
