Nicola is currently working on the Faster and More Reliable Switching Programme as the Senior Implementation Manager. Her role is focussed on creating the right environment for the successful delivery of the programme, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management. She has previously worked on the successful delivery of Project Nexus as the Senior Policy and Stakeholder Manager, which saw the new gas settlement system go live on 01 June 2017.
