Nick Eves, Head of Customer Insight at Southern Water with over 15 years of experience in delivering and applying insight within the utility sector. Starting his career at a boutique agency and  then moved to EDF Energy through which time he led programmes across research, NPD, customer retention and brought together research, analytics, reporting and market intelligence for residential and business customers. Joining Southern Water in March 2018, Nick quickly started by building the future customer participation strategy in the 2020-2025 business planning and is now leading on transforming how insight is gathered, applied and continuously improved within the organisation.
