Neal has 10 years’ experience in the energy sector across smart metering, data science, innovation and smart home with British Gas and Hive, he is currently creating the future of low carbon residential energy as Director of Product, Home Energy Management in Centrica. With an MA in Interaction Design, as well as many years in the IT industry, Neal likes to put the customer at the heart of any solution.
