Natasha is the Group Policy and Regulation Director at Shell Energy. A lawyer by background, she has a wealth of regulatory, policy and commercial experience gained from a varied career across the public and private sectors, from her first role as a qualified lawyer at what was the Department of Trade and Industry, and at the European Commission, and subsequently, with international law firm Clifford Chance. Prior to joining Shell Energy, she was a Legal Director at communications regulator Ofcom, where she worked on the Digital Dividend Review and the Olympics amongst other things. In this role, she built on experience gained as a partner in the media and communications team at law firm Olswang advising on communications transactions and regulatory issues, which also included advising Ofgem on the British Electricity Trading and Transmission Arrangements.
