Nadia has worked in both project development and policy on the decentralised energy system, across solar, storage, EV charging, finance and the built environment. As Power Players Young Person of the Year 2019, and Young Community Energy Pioneer 2019, she is also actively engaged with grassroots level movements and understanding the role of the prosumer in a just energy transition. Through her time at both the REA, and South East London Community Energy, she has engaged with stakeholders across the decentralised energy landscape, from project developers and financiers, to vulnerable and fuel poor households, and first-movers in the energy transition.
