Michael is Head of Wholesale Service Management at Telefonica UK and is responsible for the delivery of Service for their Wholesale Business in the UK. This includes Smart Metering, MVNO and Machine to Machin services. Michael is also responsible for Smart Metering Industry Liaison on behalf of Telefonica UK.

Michael joined Telefonica UK in February 2008 and has held a number of senior roles managing their Technology Operations as well as holding full accountability for the Service Delivery of their UK Consumer Products used by over 25million Customers. Prior to joining Telefonica UK Michael held a number of contract roles whilst managing a private business specialising in software development.

Michael is qualified as a Software Engineer majoring on design, development, artificial intelligence, mathematics and accountancy. Outside of work, Michael is married with 3 children and enjoys playing sport.
