Mark Futyan, Merchant Power Director, is responsible for Centrica’s operated power generation portfolio, which includes a fleet of six gas fired power stations and two offshore wind farms, and the development of new flexible generation projects. Mark joined Centrica in 2007 and has held a number of roles at across the business including Executive Advisor to the CEO, Planning Director for Home Services and Head of New Nuclear. Prior to Centrica, Mark worked for Interconnector UK and Air Products. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Cambridge and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mark is married with three children and enjoys cycling and mountaineering.
