Kevin Fowlie currently occupies the position of Network & Capital Delivery Director at United Utilities, having joined them in April 2018.

Prior to this Kevin was Managing Director of the Utilities business at Amey Plc, having held a number of senior positions in Operations, Commercial and IT at both Amey Plc and previously Enterprise Plc for a number of years. Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Mathematics as well as a MSc LLM in Construction Law & Arbitration. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.

Kevin is also a director of Streetworks Uk.
