I’ve 8 years in web and digital – having spent most of my career in financial services with a recent shift to utilities. My interests centre on user experience and accessibility and I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked on several user-focussed website re-build and re-design projects. Before joining Bristol Energy, I was Digital Operations Manager at SunLife where I led the re-platform of the website and creation of a living style guide. In my current role as Digital Transformation Manager I’m looking at how we can meet and exceed rapidly changing customer expectations by playing close attention to our tools, culture and processes.
