Joe joined Affinity Water as Customer Experience Director in June 2019, bringing with him an expert insight into the consumer journey strategy across all touchpoints and maximising the use of digital channels. He has since brought together all of Affinity’s core customer teams to create a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Operations team to transform the way Affinity deliver the experiences that really matter to Affinity customers.
As Global Head of Social Listening and Rapid Response, Joe had previously built a major pet food retailer’s capability for social listening, analytics and rapid response and worked across a range of businesses including Mars Inc, Capita and Tesco Mobile.
