I joined the gas industry as a qualified accountant in 1999, joining Transco as a management accountant dealing with Scotland operations. After various finance roles within Transco, I moved to NGN taking responsibility for revenue and credit management including delivery of relevant network code changes. Moving into regulation in 2009 my remit expanded to cover all industry code and Xoserve change activities and regulatory compliance. I now lead a small team to ensure that we can not only keep pace with industry change through the UNC, SEC, SPAA and impending the REC, central systems and Licence, but also help consider and develop changes to that will be required to follow the path to net-zero.
