Jim McOmish is the Head of Distribution Network at SP Energy Networks, responsible for system design, asset management and innovation & commercial policy for SPENs distribution networks that serve 3.5 million customers in Scotland, Merseyside and North Wales. He has worked in various engineering, regulatory and commercial roles for the company for 25 years and most recently was the Head of the RIIOED1 Programme responsible for developing all aspects of SPEN’s ca. £4bn plans for the 2015-2023 period.
