Jennifer is Southern Water’s Chief Digital and Transformation Officer responsible for Technology, Data, Cyber and leading the organisation’s strategy to use data and technology to transform performance for Southern Water’s customers and the region’s unique environment.

Her previous roles include building the first digital capability at Lloyd’s of London during her time as COO and prior to that as CIO. Before Lloyd’s, Jennifer ran the technology serving O2’s She has worked in a number of industries in Media, Telecommunications and the public sector as well as in Professional Services, Utilities and Financial Services.
