Jean Spencer is Executive Director, Strategic Growth and Resilience at Anglian Water.  Jean is a member of the Board and has responsibility for economic regulation, market reform strategy, environmental and drinking water quality policy, as well for scientific services and management of Anglian Water’s water parks.

Jean has worked in the water sector for almost twenty-five years, the last ten with Anglian Water.

By background, Jean is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
