Jason recently joined Salesforce as part of their increased focus on customer centric solutions (Customer 360). Formerly he has had leadership roles at NTT, NTT Security and Verizon. He now heads up the strategic cluster of U&E accounts and looks to bring his experience in CX transformation projects within Finance, Insurance and Retail to the sector.
