Iain is currently the Head of Digital for the SSE Transmission business and has spent over 20 years within the utilities industry across a variety of utilities and business functions performing roles such as group CTO and Retail IT Director. He has a strong technical background and has used this effectively to deliver large scale Digital Transformations across multiple sectors including Education, Finance and Telco’s. Iain’s particular passion is ensuring that organisations take a customer centric approach to delivering digital solutions that enable real high value business outcomes that are underpinned by robust data strategies to drive insights that allow data driven decisions and an iterative approach to continuous improvement for customers.
