My current position is UX design manager at Ann Summers, where I work on researching, framing and designing a strategy that will deliver personalised and meaningful experiences to the online users.
Prior to this role I worked on various web and optimisation projects for a range of different industries including government services (KBR), real estate (Pegasus Life) as well as some charitable organisations (Pod Volunteering).
Regardless of the industry, the concept of customer experience improvement comes down to understanding people and their needs to design effective and satisfactory moments… moments that matter.
