Dave has 18 years of experience in telecoms starting by joining Vodafone Group from banking in the early 2000’s.

Dave joined Arqiva in September 2013, to set up the Smart Metering Service function following the award of the CSP North contract. Prior to Arqiva Dave spent over 12 years in Vodafone Group undertaking various leadership roles in Strategy, Product Management and latterly Operations where he was responsible for building and running the first Global Operations Centres supporting Vodafone’s largest, most complex clients as well as the Group’s M2M services.

In May 2017 Dave was promoted to Service and Operations Director within the Telecoms Business Unit in Arqiva with responsibility for all services within that sector
