Chris has worked in the Water sector for 15 years, initially in operations before making the switch into business change. Over the past 10 years he’s scoped and implemented improvement projects and transformation programmes targeting improved asset performance and financial benefit. Notable projects include disconnecting abandoned infrastructure, the Birmingham Resilience scheme at Frankley treatment works, and the Proactive Asset Management programme. Chris is currently leading change in our wastewater network operation as well as scoping a significant workforce management system upgrade for field workers.
