Chris has over 30 years of experience in the Water Industry at all levels.  His experience includes front line operational management, business change projects, project and engineering management.

His current role within Anglian Water is Head of Strategic Investment Management within the Asset Management Directorate.  He is responsible for the longer term planning of investment for the company to ensure its assets have the capability of achieving customer and regulatory outputs.

He has also worked overseas developing Anglian Water International’s portfolio of business in the USA, West Indies, Europe and Australia.

Chris chairs and organises the Capital Maintenance Network on behalf of United Kingdom Water Industry Research (UKWIR) he acts as the UK interface for the Global Water Research Coalition (GWRC) for asset management related research and he is a Director of the UK Chapter of the Institute of Asset Management.

He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
