Chris Harris is Regulation Director at RWE npower. He is honorary fellow of energy policy at Exeter University following a period as Visiting Professor of Sustainable Power Distribution at Bath University.  He has written four books on electricity economics, has PhDs in fracture mechanics and regulatory economics and is on the editorial panel of the Journal of Energy Markets.
