Charley joined water2business in June 2016 and has over ten years’ experience in engaging and leading large retail teams to deliver awarding winning customer service. Charley has a strong track record of simplification and driving change and innovation, which leaves her well placed to deliver water2business’ promise of Service, Sustainability and Savings for customers. Charley is proud of the unique culture which has been created at water2business that has a complete focus on values and behaviours that drives team members to deliver a great quality customer experience. 

Before joining water2buisness, Charley was the Regional Director for NatWest in South West England and latterly the ‘Head of Simplifying Customer Life’ for the RBS Group.
