Can, is an expert in electricity and gas market regulations and trading. Can, holds Msc Financial Engineering, worked as Corporate Credits and Internal Control in the banks in the beginning of his career. Later his study and his experience in banking, helped him to develop further price risk models in energy trading. Can worked in Aksa Energy and Shell Energy as Trader, Originator and Business Developer positions.

In 2019, Can has founded Foton Energy to create an ecosystem between energy companies and the industries to accelerate energy transition. Foton Energy has started with simplifying renewable energy procurement for buyers and sellers with its digital marketplace platform in Turkiye. In its fifth year, Foton Energy is growing organically reaching 220 registered companies on the platform surpassing 15M MWh-year in transactions. In 2023, Can has founded a new venture called “Dynamic-e”, which is AI based platform to manage energy bills in Europe.
