Andy moved into the Energy sector after a career in retail and telecoms.  Andy was Head of Customer experience at Co-operative energy for 5 years helping the business develop from a new supplier to an established mid tier energy supplier. Just over a year ago Andy joined Robin Hood Energy as Operations Director. Robin Hood Energy are the first Not for Profit publicly owned energy company set up by Nottingham City Council and have over 116,000 customers. Supporting customers both locally and throughout the UK through its white label partnerships RHE have actively promoted the use of Smets1 meters to support vulnerable customers and have commenced roll out of Smets2 meters.
