Andrew is an economist and public policy specialist who had advised senior government officials and politicians in Queensland, Australia, before joining Ofgem in 2015. At Ofgem, Andrew has been involved in reforms to the principles-based Standards of Conduct supplier obligations, capping prices for vulnerable consumers and, most recently, exploring changes to retail energy market design as part of the joint Government-Ofgem Future Energy Retail Market Review.
