Adam joined the National Infrastructure Commission as Policy & Engagement Director in October 2016. Previously he held a number of senior roles at Ofgem covering network price controls, sustainable energy and leading the regulator’s response to the CMA energy market investigation.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, Adam worked as a consultant in the firm’s Centre for Business Knowledge. He then moved to a corporate strategy role at Abbey National, working on business re-organisation, strategic planning and M&A projects. Before joining Ofgem, he was deputy director of financial analysis at the Competition Commission, working on a number of cases including market investigations and regulatory appeals.
