Tom Fraine is Co-CEO at Zoa, building technology that powers the shift towards a sustainable and electrified future. Tom brings 15 years experience leading operations and people teams in high-growth environments. Prior to joining Zoa Tom was Chief People Officer at Bulb, scaling the company from 200 to 900 employees across four markets and leading on organisational resilience through the pandemic and the energy crisis.

Tom’s diverse career includes VP Customer Success and a member of the founding team at Workify, a US-based People tech start-up which grew to $1MM ARR, and Deputy Director for Talent at the Cabinet Office, leading on the talent strategy for over 400k civil servants. Tom also led the People function at innocent drinks through its $500mm acquisition by Coca-Cola.

Outside Zoa, Tom is a Trustee for Survival International, a human rights organisation that campaigns for tribal peoples’ rights.
