Toby leads Accenture’s Resources business in UK & Ireland, bringing experience in both advisory and senior leadership roles across Strategy, M&A, and Business Unit Leadership in the UK and abroad. He began his career with Accenture Strategy then re-joined in 2014 having broadened his experience with Goldman Sachs, Centrica where he served as a member of the Senior Executive Group, and in private equity operations.  More recently, Toby has been leading Accenture’s Utilities business in the UK & Ireland (recognised as Gold Medallist in the FT UK Consultant ratings 2020) and continues to lead key client relationships.

Today, Toby is focussed on deploying new innovation and execution solutions to support clients in shaping and delivering on their strategic priorities.  He is passionate about driving the energy transition and transforming the experience of all involved.  In the face of unprecedented environmental and cost pressure and changing consumer needs, we now have digital, data, technology and design capabilities that mean the opportunity for re-invention has never been greater.
